Conception Plus: Maidens of the Twelve Stars (CONCEPTION PLUS 俺の子供を産んでくれ！) is a Japanese game developed by Spike Chunsoft as an improved remake of the original Conception: Please Give Birth to My Child!!. It was released on January 31, 2019 in Japan and is set to release worldwide on November 5, 2019.

Story[]
Itsuki Yuge is a young man who lost his parents at a young age and lives with his cousin and classmate Mahiru Konatsuki while leading a student life. One day, Mahiru suddenly calls for Itsuki to come to the school rooftop. When he arrived, Mahiru hit him with a shocking confession.
“I seem to have gotten pregnant…”
Immediately following, a gate of light appeared from the sky and engulfed them. When they came to, a strange magical world called “Granvania” was spread out before them…
There, Itsuki is treated as the world's saviour called “God’s Gift" as Granvania is on a crisis against the “impurities” covering the world due to the “disturbance of the stars.” The king demands the perplexed Itsuki to purify the impurities covering the world. As God’s Gift, Itsuki must mate with the “12 Star Maidens” in order to give birth to “Star Children” to destroy the impurities. For this world to return home, Itsuki must ask the 12 Star Maidens.
