Lillith and Lillie, originally called Liris and Lirie and called Lilith and Lily in the anime, are the Gemini Star Maidens of Conception: Please Give Birth to My Child!!. The twins always take care of each other while being mischievous and like to demand people to obey their commands unconditionally.
Overview[]
The Gemini Star Maiden with two distinct personalities. Lillith loves peace and quiet while Lillie loves playing pranks. Lillie is known to cause trouble everywhere she goes leaving Lillith to clean up her messes. Getting along with both of them won't be easy...
Appearance[]
Normal Clothes: Although they appear as twins, they are the same person with opposite personas. Lillith appears with light blue hair and angel wings, wearing the same clothes as her counterpart which consists of a purple belted top with shorts and stripy socks that reach to the thighs. She has a headband with a white arrow with a heart. Lillie has bright pink hair on the outside with a mix of blue, green, and purple colors on the inside, with purple bat wings. Just like Lillith, she wears the same clothes but has different head accessories. Her arrow is purple but consists of a heart as well. Lillith's clothes are usually covered by her hair while they are clearly visible on Lillie. Lillith has an angelic appearance and Lillie has a succubus look. They have pink nail polish in their fingers and toes.
Swimsuit: Lillith and Lillie wear a black striped bikini. The right half of the top is cyan and the left half is violet (likely in reference to their hair colors). The top half of the bottom is violet and the lower half is cyan. The straps on both halves are dark purple and there is a pink heart with a dark purple heart on the left side of the bottom. The swimsuit is mostly obscured while Lillith wears it because of her hair.

Lillith[]
They are two split personalities within one body, who happen to have different appearances and opposing personalities. Lillith is sweet, clumsy, kind but airheaded, and also an accurate fortune-teller. Lillith likes telling fortunes because she believes that is the only thing she's good at. Despite this, she doesn't read fortunes about herself because she's becoming worried what would happen if they turn out to be bad. Because of her talent, she is revered by the students to the point where she gets easily embarrassed if she is complimented and they often visit her predominantly to receive love fortunes.
Out of both personalities, Lillith is the one more likely to get injured because of her clumsiness. Lillith also isn't initially proactive and she wanted to improve that part of herself. More specifically, she wanted to know what going on a date was like. When she isn't confident enough to do something, she may give herself a pep talk or if it is something she really doesn't want to do, she will make Lillie deal with it. Lillith dislikes exercise and makes Lillie work out for the both of them. She also hates conflict. When someone confronts her, she tends to panic and does anything to avoid them. She only gets confrontational if someone threatens to or harms Lillie. Lillith hasn't had experience in romance before meeting Itsuki, but she grows to enjoy it rather quickly. Even when she and Itsuki become closer, she has trouble sharing her feelings for him. Though both personalities get along with each other, Lillith usually has to deal with the consequences of Lillie's actions. Despite this, she is willing to tolerate this because she admires how outgoing her other personality is and Lillith doesn't want to interfere with Lillie's way of life.

On the other hand, Lillie is mischievous, rude, and acts like a tsundere. She also enjoys cleverly annoying and irritating others when she does fortune-telling. It is not clear if Lillie has the same precognitive powers Lillith has. Initially, she seems to have no regards for anyone she meets. She loves to pull pranks on people whether she feels they have wronged her or not. Her pranks range from minor annoyances to ones that can cause physical or emotional harm. She is also difficult to bond with because she normally does things her own way. Lillie does enjoy exercise since it allows her to release her emotions. She also hates to be lectured.
As Itsuki learns more about her, he learns that Lillie isn't as bad as he thought. One of the few people Lillie cares about is her alternate personality. Though she denies this when people notice, she does care for Lillith since they've been together their entire life and have a special bond because of it. She lured a cat Lillith wanted to feed back home so it could comfort Lillith. When Lillie eats some cake that Lillith was saving, she promises to buy some more to make it up to her. If someone tries to hurt Lillith either physically or emotionally, she won't hesitate to beat them up or kill them in worse cases. As she and Itsuki start to bond, she grows to like him since he is one of the few people who genuinely cares for her as well as how he treats Lillith. Lillie slightly changes her behavior because of him as well as to not cause as much trouble for Lillith. She dials back her pranks and tries to care for Itsuki if he wants it. She even risked her life to save Itsuki and she was extremely happy that he survived. Itsuki also unintentionally made Lillie feel jealous of Lillith because of how much time they spend together. She does come to realize Itsuki cares for both of them evenly and she's perfectly fine with that. Like with Lillith, Lillie also develops feelings for Itsuki. She also has trouble expressing her feelings, but tries to hide it with her tsundere nature. Itsuki occasionally teases Lillie the same way she does to him, which is one of the few times she is shown to be embarrassed. She is also surprisingly good friends with Alfie. Though she continues to pull pranks on her, she tries to cheer Alfie up when she feels down.
Both[]
Despite their opposing natures, Lillith and Lillie respect and care for each other and tolerate each of their flaws. There are aspects of each personality that the other wishes she had. Their personality switches from when they hit their head, or when something mentally shocking happens. They often write memos to each other so when they change, the other personality knows what is going on. Lillie doesn't like Mana because she often hits her head with a hammer. Usually when they switch, the residual emotions of whichever personality was previously in control will linger and the awakened one will feel whatever the other personality felt despite not truly knowing what happened before they awakened.
Anime[]
In the Conception (anime), Lilith never becomes more proactive and wishes to prove to Itsuki her clairvoyance is legitimate. Lily is no longer a prankster and is more angry than mischievous and is mad at Itsuki for not believing Lilith. Most of their bonding arc was removed or abridged. The two of them also formed a comedic duo together.
