Reone, called Leone in the anime, is the Scorpio Star Maiden of Conception: Please Give Birth to My Child!!. She is the palace physician and is responsible for caring for God's Gift and the Star Maidens.
Overview[]
She is the kingdom's doctor thus also running the academy's infirmary. When she keeps care about the well-being of the student body, she becomes frequent with the boys who visit for her sexiness. She displays less embarrassment for Classmating.
The Scorpio Star Maiden and the palace physician. She offers medical attention and advice to all in Granvania, not just God's Gift and the Star Maidens. She has an indelible sex appeal, but her inner strength keeps her head on her shoulders in a fight. Her sense of duty is staggering, as she is more than willing to help God's Gift with any of his needs.
Appearance[]
Normal Clothes: Reone has pink eyes and has long red hair and has a head mirror on the right side of her head. She wears a mostly white physician's outfit that is red on its outline and on its buttons that covers most of her body. She wears red nail polish. Reone has a red scorpion tattoo above her left breast in theme with her zodiac sign. She has long white socks with a medical logo on the top of each. A red pouch to her side contains some of her scalpels. She wears long red boots with short heels. Her official artwork shows her using a stethoscope while her sprite shows her wearing it around her neck.
Swimsuit: Reone wears a white bikini with a color scheme similar to her normal uniform. The top half has a red cross on it with red lines near it extending to her back. The area between her breasts and the sides of her bottom half are held together by red rings.

Reone is a calm, intelligent, solid, and flirtatious person. Even in the midst of a conflict, she usually can maintain a cool demeanor because of her strong will. She can lose her cool if someone she cares about is in danger or if they do something stupid. When she is threatened, she will not hesitate to fight those who would challenge her. She is happy to help those who need her medical attention and is driven by her duty as the palace physician. She has a tendency to flirt with the men she interacts with and can use her charms to manipulate them into doing her favors. She also is less prone to being embarrassed compared to the other Star Maidens though she can be when others use her flirting methods against her. She believes she crafted a particular image of herself for Itsuki and sometimes worries how he would feel if he knew her better. Despite knowing that Itsuki is forming bonds with the other Star Maidens, Reone isn't as bothered by Itsuki seeing them to an extent. She is even comfortable with him stealing a kiss from each of them and she doesn't heavily question his relationship status with them, but she feels if he went into detail about what he does with them, she worries she would become jealous.
Though she initially acts this way towards Itsuki to tease him, she develops feelings for him and acts this way to try to make him happy. Reone isn't prone to be sad except when her late brother is involved. She feels responsible for his death and even after she feels she atoned for him, she still feels guilty for what happened to him. She respects her brother for caring for her since they were abandoned at a young age. She also likes his appearance, especially his clavicles. Reone sees these traits in Itsuki and often tells him how he is similar to her brother. Reone has a tendency to drink when not working and can be difficult to deal with when drunk. Reone initially leads Itsuki through the Classmating ritual, but he learns very quickly and manages to teach her some things as well. Out of all the Star Maidens, she is arguably closest to Mirei. Though Reone doesn't care much about Mirei's studies and her lifestyle, she cares for her health and wellbeing and doesn't like it when Mirei keeps secrets from her.
Anime[]
In the Conception (anime), Leone's caring nature remains the same, though her flirtatious nature is toned down. She is less distraught over the loss of her brother and guides Itsuki through his duties and the Classmating Ritual. Her bonding route is virtually ignored.

- Reone's outfit was Chinese inspired to emphasize her sexy qualities.
